Signs on northbound
US 219 at the intersection of WV 24 at Silver Lake, just
south of the Maryland state line. Here, the sign directing
traffic to East US 50 leads travelers into Maryland, where
US 219 intersects US 50.
Northbound

At Silver Lake, a
sign along US 219 directs travelers to the "Smallest Church
in 48 States." The church is Our Lady of The Pines, built in
1957-58. It's 24 x 12 on the outside and 16 x 11 on the
inside.
