There's a wrong-way multiplex of US 221 and US 421 in North Carolina, as evidenced by these signs.
Boone, N.C., is the only place in the country served by three
branches off a "parent" US highway. US 221, 321 and 421 serve this
town in the mountains of northwestern North Carolina.
